Why We Built This Site
Kentucky uses a unified court system, but Ohio County records still depend on the office that created or keeps the file. The Circuit Court Clerk manages court records for Circuit, Family, District, and Business Court matters at the Ohio County Community Center in Hartford. The Ohio County Clerk handles separate county clerk records such as marriage licenses, land records, elections, motor vehicles, delinquent taxes, and notary services.
That split can be confusing. A felony case, misdemeanor docket, probate matter, traffic citation, marriage license, jail custody question, and county open-records request may all require different access channels.
